As stated in the ICAI notice, “The results of the Chartered Accountants Final and Intermediate examinations held in November 2023 are likely to be declared on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, and candidates can check the same on the website https://icai.nic.in. It is noteworthy that to access the result on the website mentioned above, the candidate has to enter his/her registration number along with his/her roll number.
Upon the official announcement, candidates who have participated in these examinations will be able to get and download their CA Intermediate and Final results from the designated website of ICAI.org.
Qualifying Marks (ICAI):
To qualify for the CA Final and Intermediate examinations to be held in November 2023, candidates must obtain a minimum of 40% marks in each subject and 50% marks in overall. In the CA Final November 2022 examination, out of 65,291 candidates who attempted Group 1, 13,969 candidates passed successfully, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 18.61%.
If a candidate fails in one or more papers within a group, but obtains a minimum of 60% marks in any paper or papers within that group, he or she may appear for those papers in any one of the next three consecutive examinations. or more, where they have secured less than 60% marks. ,
To pass the group, a candidate must obtain a minimum of 40% marks in each paper mentioned and at least 50% of the total marks for all the papers in that group, including those papers in which he has obtained a minimum of 60% marks and had achieved. In the last exam.
This rule is applicable when the candidate has appeared in all the papers of that group and has already availed of any relaxation given in that group.
